Starting the Made In Retro “Circle Collection”

Circle skirts are one of my favourite pieces of clothing. They are feminine, flowy and extremely comfortable in any length. So we decided to open a whole collection of them, which you will see in little by little in  future posts. Circle skirts with tiny little differences between them, as length, colour, waistline or closure system. And we are going to give names to each one of them, which will make it even more fun and why not, easier to identify.

So, here I introduce you to Gilda. Flirty, full and very girly. Gilda is going to be available in several colors.Today we start with a flaming red, one of my go to colors besides black and white. Those three colors I believe just made me think “retro”. This design has a back hidden zipper and a prolonged waistline to help you adjust it for a perfect fit. Fully circle lined in thick satin for extra flare .

For the pictures I paired it with a vintage shirt I recently found in beautiful floral print and a pair of platform boots in deep red velvet. Hope you retro babes like it. I would love to have your ideas on new names, or details for new designs to complete the circle. These type of skirts are pretty basic, but sometimes we hardly found them in shops exactly as we want them. So, express yourselves. What would your perfect one be like? 🙂
